الى كل طالب علم أو مهتم بالأمراض الجلدية أهدي

موقعي الألكتروني هذا والذي أخذ من وقتي سنتين تقريبا

في جمع معلوماته وترتيبها ثم ربطها مع بعضها صورا

سريرية وتشريحية مرضية مع المعلومات النظرية الحديثة

من أفضل المراجع في طب الجلد حتى تتحول بمجملها الى

مرجع ضخم يغني عن التنقل بين المواقع والأطالس

والمراجع وهو يشكل باعتقادي الطريق الأقصر للنجاح في

الاختبارات سواء لطلاب الطب أو الدراسات العليا والتي تعتمد

 بمجملها على معلومات نظرية من مرجع حديث ثم

اختبار عملي يبين كيفية الفحص السريري والتعامل مع

المريض بعدها اختبار عملي يعتمد على وضع التشخيص

لصور أمراض تعرض بجهاز للعرض أو بالكمبيوتر ثم

 يأتي اختبار التشريح المرضي بوضع تشخيص لأمراض

وضعت شرائحها تحت المجاهر ثم يأتي بعدها الاختبار

 الشفهي قد تستغرب زميلي الطبيب أن عدد صور الأمراض

التي جمعتها من المواقع والكتب الألكترونية قد تجاوز

 ال 50000 صورة وهي هواية قديمة تفيدني في عملي

كمختص بالأمراض الجلدية.

وللأسف فقد فشلت محاولتي لدخول موسوعة غينيس

 للأرقام القياسية عن أكبر ألبوم مطبوع لصور الأمراض

 الجلدية

 فقد اعتذروا لي نظرا لعدم وجود أرقام قياسية تخص

 المواضيع الطبية ولأن هذا سيفتح عليهم بابا واسعا يصعب

 إغلاقه.

وقد قمت بترجمة الأمراض الى اللغة العربية وفقا

 لتسميات مجمع اللغة العربية ووضعت هذه الأسماء

 ككلمات مفتاحية في الموقع حتى يتمكن أحبائي وزملائي

 في سورية والدارسين باللغة العربية والذين أعتز أن أكون

 منهم  من الوصول الى مبتغاهم سواء بحثوا في هذا الموقع

 بالعربية أو بالانكليزية.

أما بقية المعلومات النظرية فقد بقيت باللغة الإنجليزية

 لأن الترجمة وتحديث المعلومات يعتبر تحديا وتحتاج

 الى تفرغ ومنظمات مختصة تهتم بترجمة العلوم الطبية

 وتحديث هذه المعلومات المترجمة حيث أن الكتب

 المترجمة تفقد قيمتها بمجرد صدور طبعات أحدث منها

  .

To each student aware of or interested in

skin diseases, I dedicate my website which

took two years of my time to collect the

information in it and arrange them and then

connect them with some clinical and

pathological images plus modern theory

information out of the best references in

the dermatology which turns up to huge

reference which sings for mobility between

sites and atlases and references

which I think is the shortest route to success

in the tests, for both medical students

or graduate studies, which rely on theoretical

information from a new reference then

practical test shows how to apply clinical

scan and dealing with the patient, then a

practical test depends on the diagnostic

of images of disease thru exposure display

device or your computer and then come the

Histopathology test by developing

diagnosis for diseases thru segments

under microscopes and then followed by

oral testing.

You may be surprised dear colleague

that the number of pictures diseases

collected from the sites and e-books

may exceeded 50000 image which

is an old hobby supported me in my career

as a specialist doctor in dermatology.

Unfortunately, my attempts to enter the

Guinness Book of Records for the greatest

album of the printed images of skin

diseases has failed due to their lack of records

related to medical topics and because if they

apply this topic they might open a wide door

which will be hard to close.

I have translated these diseases to Arabic

language in accordance with the

Arabic Language Academy and I have put

these names as key words in the site so

that my friends and my colleagues in Syria,

Arabic students which I am proud to be one

of them, can be able to have access to their

 wish whether by searching this site in Arabic or English.

The rest of the theoretical information has

remained in English language due to

translation and information update is

a challenge and needs to have free time and

specialized organizations in translating

medical sciences and updating these

information, where the translated books

loses their value when there are new editions

available
